| Ground Rules |
- There will be no conditioning of cattle on the grounds
- No Cross-Entering in Novice Events
- No Horses other than Committee or contract are allowed to be kept overnight in arena pens or alley (including pens west of the announcers booth) *Horses will be removed
- Horse entry will be allowed from 12pm-4pm Thursday and Friday, 6am to 8am on Wednesday
- No vehicles or horse trailers allowed in the infield at any time except contract or committee personnel
